Today, February 12, 2021, Franklin celebrated its 200th birthday. We are SO proud to be a part of this school. Franklin has led the way in education for the state of Mississippi.
Many people came out to wish Franklin Academy a happy birthday. We had many speakers, guests, and the first African American students that attended Franklin in 1965.
A beautiful monument that sits in front of our historic school was uncovered! It was a wonderful day to go down in Franklin’s history books. Happy birthday Franklin Academy!
